Romanelli Lodron Zuim received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1985 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), Belo Horizonte, Brazil, BS in Mathematics, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1986, 2000 and 2007, respectively, from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
